    Get a Proper Introduction to Aquilla

    PRIVATE INTRO SESSIONS

    The first step to beginning a membership at Aquila CrossFit Gym and Fitness Center is to come in and experience our program for yourself. It is important to have a proper introduction to the coaches, training ideology, the facility, and get a chance to actually experience a workout.

    Come Join the ``Fun``

    INTRODUCTION TO FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE

    We introduce most members directly into our group GPP strength and conditioning classes.  GPP stands for General Physical Preparedness.  While we previously have hosts beginner classes and private intro sessions (still available if desired,) currently we have the capacity to spend plenty of time with beginners in our regular classes as we bring them up to speed.

    Over the years we have accumulated a large percentage of long term members who are well versed in our techniques and methodologies which allows our coaching staf plenty of attention to help new members learn the program.

    It’s never been easier to join, and we take great care of all levels and abilities.  There is no reason to be intimidated.  Come and you will see.

    Private Aquila 101 Sessions

    For those whose need extra help getting going for any reason, we can schedule all-private 101 sessions for $65 per session. Private intro fitness programs are typically scheduled for between 3-8 sessions at our gym and we have the flexibility to accommodate most everyone’s unique schedules and needs.
