GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Most new members can start directly in our group GPP strength and conditioning classes. GPP stands for General Physical Preparedness, and our classes are built to help people improve strength, conditioning, movement quality, and confidence.

There is no reason to be intimidated. We take great care of all levels and abilities, and our coaches will help you learn the program as you go.

    Private Aquila 101 Sessions

    Need extra help getting started? Private Aquila 101 sessions are available for $65 per session. These are helpful for anyone who wants more individual attention before joining group classes. Private intro fitness programs are typically scheduled for 3-8 sessions, and we can accommodate most schedules and needs.
