PRIVATE INTRO SESSIONS
The first step to beginning a membership at Aquila CrossFit Gym and Fitness Center is to come in and experience our program for yourself. It is important to have a proper introduction to the coaches, training ideology, the facility, and get a chance to actually experience a workout.

INTRODUCTION TO FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE
Mornings @6:00 AM – Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays
Evenings @6:00 PM – Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
(Mix and Match morning and evening with Thurs 6pm mirroring Fri 6am)
CrossFit 101 is our ongoing introductory fitness program. To ensure the safety and long-term success of our CrossFit gym members, it is necessary to build a solid foundation. In this course, you will learn to properly squat, deadlift and press overhead in various ways. You will also learn the proper progressions for the Olympic power clean and snatch, the pull-up, the push-up, and many other CrossFit fundamental functional movements and mobility practices.
These classes are for new participants at the CrossFit Gym and are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the mornings at 6:00am and again in the evenings at 6:00pm. You may mix and match evening and morning classes while in this program if your schedule varies from day to day.
Once you have been checked off with satisfactory ability on each of our foundational movements you will move on to the next level, CrossFit GPP. Members who regularly attend CF 101 will graduate in 3 weeks.

Private Aquila 101 Sessions
For those whose schedules do not allow for attendance in our group 101 classes, or if you may need an individualized introductory CrossFit or fitness program for any reason, we can schedule all-private 101 sessions for $65 per session. Private intro fitness programs are typically scheduled for 8 sessions at our CrossFit gym and we have the flexibility to accommodate most everyone’s unique schedules and needs.
