Ready for the KEY to Health and Fitness?

    CrossFit GPP

    GPP stands for General Physical Preparedness. The basic premise of CrossFit training is to be well prepared for all types of physical activity ranging from short to long, heavy to high rep, and low to high skill. In the GPP class, you will see an even mixture of these types of stimuli with a focus on fundamental functional movements.

    The class is designed to maximize intensity for athletes ranging from beginner to intermediate with some options to challenge advanced athletes as well. The goal is simple. We aim to increase your work capacity while addressing general weaknesses. Attendance of the GPP program 3-5x per week will yield a high level of fitness and a well-rounded skill set that will prepare you for anything you will face in your life ranging from recreational activities to life and death situations. You will maximize your endurance as well as your ability to move real-life heavy objects, as well as gain tremendous body awareness and flexibility.

    Open Gym

    Open gym times are times for the members to get together and work on skills and abilities of their choosing outside of the regular Aquila GPP fitness program.  Coaches or delegated staff members will be present, but will be there only to facilitate the flow of the gym or answer basic questions.  These times are intended for members to have freedom and flexibility to work directly towards their own personal goals in ways of their choosing.
