CrossFit GPP

GPP stands for General Physical Preparedness. The basic premise of CrossFit training is to be well prepared for all types of physical activity ranging from short to long, heavy to high rep, and low to high skill. In the GPP class you will see an even mixture of these types of stimuli with a focus on fundamental functional movements.

The class is designed to maximize intensity for athletes ranging from beginner to intermediate with some options to challenge advanced athletes as well. The goal is simple. We aim to increase your work capacity while addressing general weaknesses. Attendance of the GPP program 3-5x per week will yield a high level of fitness and a well rounded skill set that will prepare you for anything you will face in your life ranging from recreational activities to life and death situations. You will maximize your endurance as well as your ability to move real life heavy objects, as well as gain tremendous body awareness and flexibility.

FlexNastics

This will be a one hour class focused on intense flexibility training and development of fundamental gymnastics skills that are directly applicable to CrossFit. FlexNastics class will start with a brief warmup and move into an intense flexibility session. After flexibility work, you will work gymnastic skill progressions that are accessible to all levels and abilities.

Class will conclude with a brief WOD that is focused on continued skill and strength development in the realm of gymnastics. This is a great supplement to your normal WODs and will greatly benefit those who struggle with range of motion, core strength, and body awareness.

Performance Rx

The PRx program is designed for the competitive CrossFit athlete who lives, eats, breathes and sleeps CrossFit. It is a high volume version of the CrossFit program that requires excellent nutrition, body maintenance and recovery activities to maintain. The program is periodized to maximize performance throughout different parts of the CrossFit competition season and is aimed specifically towards the types of movements and workout types that are seen in the Open, Regionals, and the Games.

PRx somewhat leaves behind the ideals of being well rounded and fit for all types of activities to focus on specific training for the sport of CrossFit. Admission to this program is by invite only and requires an accomplished list of functional movement achievements.
