Monday Olympic Lifting is cancelled for a few weeks. We will have it on Friday’s at 5:00PM. If you like the 5:00PM Friday time, be sure to show up, or we won’t keep it on the schedule.
10 Rounds For Time:
40 yard Farmers Carry HAM
10 Burpees
HAM means Heavy as a MoFo.
Suggested weights might be 140 per hand men and 90 per hand women.
Use farmers walk handles, KBs, or DBs.
You can also use barbells axels or sandbags.
Here’s coach Amber with 110# in each hand (handles are 20# ea.) and dragging a 90# sled behind her. The team did this back in October, 400m for time. If you’re doing the math, 40 yards x 10 rounds is 400 yards. Minus the 90# sled, add 100 burpees. It’s doable!
