After a long hard day’s work, he comes to CrossFit to bust his ass even more.  Thomas can often be seen after his WOD reflecting and winding down outside.  Good work Thomas on being a consistent WODder over the past year and making huge strides.  Thomas kicked some serious butt at our novice tryout and barely missed making the team.
