10 DB Thruster 25/15’s or 12 Sandbag Lunges 80/50
10 Rower Pulls sub 350/230w
Mobility unlocks strength. Remembers to regularly get in some extra grinding and stretching outside of the gym. If you can’t pull off the one arm KB overhead squat, work on it, it’s worth it.
