IMG_4998Got to hand it to Barbra Fingerut.  Barbara is on her 80’s and receltly survived a major car accident in which she was rear ended on the freeway and resulted in over a month in the hospital.  Then during her recovery fell off a barstool and broke her hip.  Now recovered from that, she is back at her training with Travis.  Shown here she was doing some weighted carrying.

Some people say, CrossFit isn’t appropriate for everyone.  Buffoonery.
