For those of you who haven’t heard yet, we are losing a very accomplished and boisterous coach. Rae is leaving us to attend Law School at Northwestern in Chicago.
We are going to get together with Rae for drinks at 6:30 on Friday Night at Club 56 right around the corner form the gym. Come out and by Rae a drink and give her a proper send off.
Hi everyone! Some of you may have heard–my last day in Sacramento is May 15th. I’ll be moving to Chicago and going to law school. I’ve had a lot of fun coaching and working out with you all here, and will continue to coach at CFES through May 13th. Hopefully you’ll keep me updated on your PRs via email (raeshih@gmail.com) or Facebook. Some of your hard-fought attempts are some of my proudest moments too.
