If you Sumo Deadlifted heavy on Monday:
8 Sets of 3 Speed Squats OTM @ 55-65% 1RM

If you were not here on Monday for Sumo Deadlifts:
5 Sets of 3-5 Reps Heavy Squats @ 32X1

4 Rounds For Time:
15 Wall Ball 20/14
10 Toes To Bar

The true enjoyment that comes from your workout will be in the form of results.  Fat loss, strength gains, increases in endurance, looking better naked etc.

Results require hard work… painfully hard work.  It’s not always going to be fun, but you’ll know when you finish that it was worth it.  Some workouts are going to be more enjoyable than others, but remember, it’s the workout you dread the most that is going to make you the most betterest.  WORD to yo mamma!

Proud of everyone yesterday who took on a mf’er of a .com WOD with all out effort.  I saw some really impressive scores on the board.  This pic is of the 4:30 class crushing “The Ghost”
