IMG_4815We are under way in the 2014 CrossFit Games Open!  The gym was slow yesterday letting me know that you all are saving up for this morning.  Here is Tracy towards the end of the WOD.  Tracy crushed double unders like it was nothing.  Great to see the effort.

Yvonne had to face the double unders as many of you will.  Despite many whippings with the rope, she smiled and wore her welts as a badge of honor.  Life is about being resilient and overcoming.  If you can’t learn toughness here, you won’t learn it anywhere.  Great job Yvonne.  Even though DU’s aren’t Yvonne’s favorite, she will be forever better at them from this day forward.
