Great job to all on the knees to elbows yesterday.  We saw more people doing a full range of motion than we expected.  The combination of deadlifts and hanging knees to elbows is a nightmare on the grip.  As one gets better at CrossFit, grip strength can be a limiting factor in many areas.  Learning to hang on can be the difference between getting a PR on pull ups, or shaving 3:00 minutes off your Filthy Fifties time.  GET A GRIP!  Come on, who wants to ask for help to open a jar of mayo?
