We had a big group of people at 4:30 last night. I don’t get out on the floor much for evening classes, but it was exciting to come out and play and see a bunch of folks Rx’ing the classic benchmark “Christine” with body wieght deadlifts. Props to Hollis Reilly, Gabe Liberman, Kelly English, Matt Morrow, Ryan Lippman, Matt Smith, and Brett Ballard on their Rx performances. I saw lots of good looking deadlifting going on from the entire class despite the fact that they were gasping for air coming of box jumps and rowing. Great class!
