We have been packing the house all day every day this week. It great to have you all back and some new faces after the holidays. Keep thinking about your goals and what you plan to achieve by April and July. We want to see this gym packed full of motivated people every day getting closer to achieving their wildest fitness dreams.
Two more things. The Throwdown event is sold out for teams, but plenty of room for spectators. Get your spectator tickets ahead of time to help us with planning the event. Spectators are $5 online now and will be $10 on the day of the event. Spectators will be fed and drunk.
Also, the noon class will be Monday-Friday starting next week! So all of you who have showed up on a Tuesday or Thursday will be relieved that you don't have to remember what day of the week it is anymore, just show up at noon, unless its a weekend. The current class schedule looks like this.
