This video has been circulating all over the web the last couple days, but for those of you who haven't seen it yet, there are a few good laughs in here. Watching this video takes me back a few years to the personal training days. The reason this makes me laugh so much is because it's so true, this is the exact shit women say to personal trainers. It has been a real blessing for me to open a CF box and train people with performance oriented goals. I still hear some of these types of comments from time to time, but at least they are much fewer and farther between.
