Brian, Kailee, and Tash went out to the CrossFit Sports Series WOD-SUP event at Lake Tahoe last Saturday. The workout was 2000m Row, 50 KB Swings 53/35, and an 800m Paddle. The was a scaled kids version of the WOD also in which Kailee placed 1st! Great go! Kai!
There were a few iPhone videos that I threw together. Tash really looks like she has the hang of the stand up paddling in the last clip. The event looked like pretty awesome.
