Saturday March 29th after Open WOD 14.5 – CFES Hangout Party
with The Fork Lifter Food Truck
Let’s celebrate another successful year of the open. So many great performances by our new and more experienced members alike, plus we just need an excuse to hang out on a Saturday and mingle with our fellow fitness fanatics.
I know many of you have been doing the workouts during the week, but it would be really great if as many of you as possible could make it on the 30th and do the final WOD with our whole gym.
I will have the food truck getting here around noon and staying until about 2. We will fill the kegs and you all are welcome to bring other food or beverages of your choice. I had the Fork Lifter at the Sactown Throwdown this year and the food was outstanding. They were the 1st truck to sell our with their very tasty Paleo-friendly menu. I am looking forward to dining with these guys again and I am not even close to Paleo.
Nothing to do but show up! If you are going to do the Open WOD that morning please sign up for the class like you’re supposed to. If you are just going to come hang and cheer, you can just roll through. Bring a few bucks for food, beers on the house.
