First of all, hope all our CFES Dads had a relaxing and enjoyable Father’s Day.
Second, Chris Hester is crazy strong. Not old man strong, but CRAZY strong. Before we started our heavy front squats for the day, Chris Hester looked up at the PR board. Wanting to knock Trav off of the shoulder press top 10 he loaded 195# on the bar and hit it. I don’t advise hitting max effort lifts without a proper warmup, but it is impressive nonetheless. Your cousin Devin would be proud.
