Last Friday Kelli came in for her Level 1 test. She breezed through the movement part of the test. Then came time for the dreaded fitness test. She told me that was what she was really worried about. She finished the workout with plenty of time to spare and was able to smile for a pic 30 seconds afterward. Congrats Kelli!

    Ok, non-crossfit request here: I’m looking for pre-schools for my daughter who will be 3 yrs. old in June. She’s not on any wait-lists now (yes, bad mommy!) We live in East Sac and would like to stay local. Looking for half-days, 2-3 times a week, and hopefully something that won’t break the bank.

    Awww, thank you all for the kind words.
    I do have to thank my wonderful husband Matt in helping me with a game plan for the fitness portion, although that all went out the door.
    Thanks to Aaron for encouraging me to NOT stop during the jumping pull ups.
    I will miss working out with all my 9 a.m. friends.
