10 KB Shoulder To Overhead 53's/35's
15 Box Jump 20/18
30 Double Unders

Proper KB Rack
IMG_0259 When pressing KB's be sure to press from the proper rack position.  The KB's should rest on your forearm, bicep, and deltoids with your elbows down and your wrists straight.  Your hands should come to rest together right under your chin.

Improper KB Rack
IMG_0260 Be sure not to treat the KB's like DB's or you will look like a DB.
