"Me And My Chair Home WOD"

AMRAP 10 Minutes:
15 Chrair Dips
15 Chair Thrusters
15 Burpees

You don't always need a fancy gym with nice balaned equipment.  Just look around and find something to make a WOD from.  You all have a chair, legs and arms, and you can all get a legit WOD today.  Try to dip as low as you can keeping your low back close to the chair.  Be sure to lock your arms at the top.  Then hold the chair at any two places and thruster.  10 minutes is all you need to get a great WOD.  You will kick in some serious conditioning and burn out all your major muscle groups.  You know you got work to do after yesrterday's endulgement, so give it a try and see what happens.
