A crowded box is an indicator of a successful program. There will be some changes taking place starting the second week of September to better control the flow of traffic and to be able to better address the different ability levels in our groups. We will be launching an on-ramp for new members to help them gain more proficiency in the program prior to starting group classes, and a schedule of elements classes to help our beginner level athletes gain more mastery over the movements and the WODs. These changes are overdue for us, and will help bring about a higher quality of training for all our members. Stay tuned, details to follow over the next week.
