On-Ramp– Anyone coming into a CrossFit program needs a proper introduction to the warmups, functional movements, and workout styles we use. On-Ramp is designed to do just that while gradually introducing you to the intensity that this program delivers.
On-Ramp in an 8 session program that can be done as an individual or in groups up to 4 people in size. Sessions last approximately 1 hour each.
8 Session On-Ramp Pricing
1 Person – $520
Group On-Ramp Rates For Couples, Family and Friends
WE DO NOT FORM GROUPS, you must bring your own group in to join together.
*All members of group must schedule all On-Ramp sessions togehter.
2 People – $760 ($380 each)
3 People – $900 ($300 each)
4 People – $1000 ($250 each)
*Missed sessions must be made up individually for $55 per session.
**If you want to find a group to do the On-Ramp with, we can try to group you with other people with similar schedules.
New Member Consultations– If you are interested in signing up, but wish to learn more about CrossFit and our facility, we offer a consultation program. This 90 minute program includes a detailed explanation of the CrossFit methodology, a sample workout, and a chance to experience our training environment first hand. Consultations are by appointment only and cost $65.00. If you choose to sign up at the conclusion of your consultation, the $65 consultation fee is waived. Experienced CrossFitters– If you have been formally coached in CrossFit at a CrossFit Affiliate, you will not need to go through our On-Ramp program. Depending on your level of experience we have a couple options to bring you into our group class program.
