This is what we call beauty at CFES. I'm not talkin' about Justin A, although he's a strapping young man, I am talking about the position the caught on camera here. The triple extension, possibly the most crucial instant in n Olympic lift. The time spent in this position is a fraction of a second. The bar has its upward momentum and it is time to pull under it with all the mite and aggression in your body. Great job on to Justin on some great looking lifts yesterday. You all looked great. The form and technique we are seeing develop in our box is better than that demonstrated by many great college and pro athletes.
