Jen Miller was knocking out some great chest to the bar pull ups last night.  Its time to start working on that muscle up.  We are trying to twist Jen's arm into joining the team and going to compete in the Nor Cal Qualifier.  Come on Jen get on it, here is the link – Nor Cal Qualies

Here is a sweet video they showed us at the Affiliate Gathering in Austin.  The guys from CrossFit by Overload in Murrieta, CA made this one.  Check it out it is awesome.  All of you should be very proud to be a part of this organization.  CrossFit is life changing,  and it is changing the way the world looks at fitness.
