Squat Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Travis Cassidy with a nice extension on the clean. Notice that his arms are still straight. He is creating momentum and elevation on the barbell by jumping, not pulling with his arms. If we can get some of you guys to do this today it will be a huge success. As Coach Burgner says, "When the arms bend, the power ends." Bending your arms before fully extending the hips is the mortal sin of weightlifting.
