**Score total reps of all eight sets of all exercises, with burpees worth double and double unders worth half points to keep you gamers from holding back on burpees to score big on double unders.

The running workshop on Saturday was a big success. Learning to run properly is a major advantage compared to how most of us run naturally. Efficiency is key to becoming a good runner, and from the looks of this pic learning to shoot accurately while running. Big thanks to Matt and Donna for putting on a great workshop.
