Rest Day
If-
or-
then,
The brutality of the recent WODs coupled with people's unwavering desire to push beyond thier barriers has caused an outbreak of minor flesh wounds. It is common in the CrossFit arena to bleed, and it's okay. I am not saying there is any value in to doing pull ups until you bleed, but lets face it, it happens. So when it happens please remember to be courteous to your fellow WODders and clean up your blood. We keep a bottle of simple green and some rags in the tub by the workout journals.
You probably don't have the hiv or anything, but your bodily fluids other than sweat really need to remain to yourselves. I took out a bar to snatch last week and there was dried blood all over it. It's time for this to stop. So if you bleed, whether its your hands, shins, or forehead, you have two options. Either call in the hazmat team, or just keep it simple and grab the green bottle with a rag or paper towel and disinfect your mess please. Thanks for your help in keeping CFES a hepatitis free environment.
