Sometimes its heavy, sometimes its light.  Sometimes lots of reps, other times just one rep.  Yesterday, 50 reps overhead squat at very light weight got quite a heart rate going and set the legs on fire.  Good technique improvements by many of our new members yesterday.  It is exciting to us to see things like technique, mobility and balance coming together as you all begin to get the hang of things.  Keep showing up and doing your best to learn new things, and you'll be breathing fire before you know it.
