Amazing Day

Today we all need to take a day of rest and digest.  For those of you who can't sit still however, here is a little something you can do all in the quiet confinds of your own home.

5x inch worm to cobra w/ 5 pushups
5x 10 second hold of Downward Dog
10 Windmill
10 Squat to Hamstring Stretch
5 Cussack Each Side
Hip Wall Quad Hold
Froggy Groin
Chest Stretch Using a Doorway
Lat Stretch Using a handle of Some Sort

SOLO TABATA
Push-Ups
Air Squats
Sit-Ups
Burpees

Finish with a Tabata Sprint of distance on your block if you can do so safely.  Run for 20 seconds and see if you can possibly match that distance on the way back each time.  If you can?  Chances are you are sandbagging the first sprint just a bit too much.

    I just hope that our gut flora isn’t going to get used to all that stuff we consume over the holidays.
