It was a ton of fun watching everyone swinging the hammers yesterday.  Now you all will have a better appreciation for the guy who is working in your back yard taking out that old East Sac patio from 1902.  Nothing like good old fashioned labor in your functional exercise program.  By the way, if any of you need help with some manual labor, this group looks like they could put in a serious day’s work.
