Sara B has been working out at CFES for almost a year now.  In that time she developed great strength and a relatively high fitness level.  Going in with a strong base, Sara has continued to maintain an impressive level of fitness even while pregnant.  I am not sure exaclty how much was on the bar, but I saw her doing flawless some deadlifts at over 135 lbs for reps.  Props to you Sara on keeping strong and healthy.
