OK different subject for a moment: thanks Blake for helping me with yesterday’s WOD. 15-20-30 thrusters and pull ups. I confess I was really nervous going into it. I had no idea whether I could do 65 pullups along with 65 thrusters. Turns out I can and did. I had to scale the weight in favor of Rxing the pullups but I can live with that. It was tough. But a calm mind can do wonders. Cheers to Blake! OK back to admiring Ella!

Pic is updated and font is now legible. I am thinking all can see it now. Weird problems happened when I was in the middle of posting and kept trying to fix. All you freaks check this blog that often? I only had the font invisible for a total of 5 minutes while updating the photo of Ella. GET A LIFE PEOPLE! Thanks everyone for the kind words! Ella is a true blessing. We’re all doing well except for the expected sleep deprivation. Planning on doing a bit more scaling and taking a few more rest days than usual.
