Gia hitting the C2B pull up during the AMRAP WOD at the NCS Qualifier.  Chest to bar adds a whole new level of difficulty to the standard a chin over the bar pull up, and is commonly used in competition because it is easier to judge.  Solid work Gia on a tough WOD.
