While Olga has been struggling with some foot issues that are preventing her from running, she has not given up on her workouts.  When the Foundations class faced a med ball weighted run earlier this week, regular old rowing machine or air dyne subs just weren't going to cut it.  We have played with the idea of bands on the rowing machine a few times, but this was the first time it was used in an actual workout. 

Remember peeps, anything can be scaled and scaled doesn't have to mean easier.  Your injury is no reason to sit at home singing woe is me.  I can guarentee Olga would have rather been running with a med ball than doing this brutal form of exerices.  Be creative, be unstoppable, always perservere.
