Why is CrossFit so awesome?  Well where else do you see 70 something athletes pushing prowlers?  We told Barb this was the equivalent of pushing the world's heaviest shopping cart, so it wasn't just for the sake of torturing old ladies, it actually has real life application.  Whatever it was, it was really awesome to see Barb hitting a WOD with an ear to ear smile while doing something so good for herself.
