Here is the group from the self-defense seminar with Rick Randolph (black suit.)  I got some good feedback on the seminar and heard that Rick made the participants go pretty hard in terms of drilling defense techniques.  Unfortunately I didn’t get to attend any of the classes myself, but I would appreciate any feedback from those who did on the comment section.  Let us know about your experience.
