Big Rob digs deep and suffers through the pain of max rep overhead squat during WOD A at NCS.  Rob has made major strides over the past months facing the pressure of competition.  He has spent extra time working on his weaknesses and it is showing up in his abilities.  Way to go big man and keep it up!  You have so much potential and it is awesome to see more and more of it becoming unleashed.
