No timer, get plenty of recovery and knock out the biggest most legit sets you can pull off.  Full range of motion is an absolute must.

We had a great turnout for the Accountability program last night.  Travis broke it down really well for all of us.  Let us know if you still want to participate, attendance at the meetings is not required.  We can email you all the instructions on how to participate.  It is going to be a tough 2 months, but the rewards greatly outweigh the inconvenience of learning proper nutrition.  Good Luck to all who are embarking on this commitment with us.  Study the material and feel free to post questions to the comments section of the Zone Nutrition page on this site.
