This picture was taken from Eva-T's blog.  WOD's like Angie have been known to cause this condition we call "Butt Arm".   Symptoms include swelling lasting for about 3 days, deep muscle pain lasting up to 5 days, inability to bend or straighten arms, and arms that look like swollen little butts.  We are warning you now that this could happen to you, and if it does, don't worry, you are going to be OK.  Also realize that no amount of ice or motrin is going to make it feel better, you just have to wait it out.  Eva-T's blog is a great place to find workouts that do not require equipment, that you can do on the road.

Here is a video of a really tough chick doing Angie as Rx.  She has an interesting style on her kipping pull ups. Her push ups would never fly in our box, hips hit the floor not the chest.  Sit ups and squats were good, but music is as bad as the push ups.  Overall this is a really impressive performance.
