Run a 5K or 10K
If you don't look like this after the race then you didn't try hard enough. If you plan on walking and enjoying this event and don't really care about your time… 5K people turn left at 47th Street and stop by for some Thanksgiving Mimosa's, breakfast and a morning WOD ran by Justin. 10K just stop the race a half mile short and kick this little shindig we are hosting at 700 47th Street. If you are truly running this for time… go out and kick some ass and see how this Crossfit thing really does work. You will PR if you have been diligent in your training. Have a happy Turkey day from all of us at CFES and we hope to see you later today if you have a chance to stop by. Thanks for making CFES the best community within a community.
