Hit – 5 Push Jerk 135/95
1st Base – 6 Wall Ball 20/12
2nd Base – 7 Box Jumps 24"/18"
3rd Base – 8 Ab Mat Sit Ups
Home Base – Run 200m

Your team gets a run each time a player completes the circuit.  Team with the most runs wins!

You keep working on something.  You try and try and try again.  You think to yourself, "I don't know if I can do this," but you keep trying, the all of the sudden, "it clicks."  It is a great moment as a coach when you see this take place.  On Wednesday, "it clicked" for Derek Jones.  Everything we have been working on came together and the result was a string of beautiful strong squats.  All of the sudden standing up out of the hole with 205 on his back looked effortless.  This is why we beat technique into your heads.  When you get it right… stance, lumbar curve, knees out, weight on heels, BAM! You suddenly get very strong.  This is why we have focus days and why we go heavy.  Every squat Derek does from now on is going to be easier than it was before that day.  Great work Derek, it has been fun watching you progress.
