Kate and Emily decided to retest their final On Ramp WOD to celebrate their 1st CrossFit Birthday. I think it's safe to say they PR'd on this one. How about we make this a tradition for On Ramp graduates?

    Kate – happy birthday! You don’t look a day over 30.

    I think we each knocked about 4 minutes off our time from the very first day of On Ramp. For me it was about 2:30 less than on the final day of On Ramp, I think. We stuck with the same weights/scaling we’d used previously (18-lb kettlebell, for instance).
