Rest Day
Many showed up to support CF Solano in their effort to support the family of their fallen member. The crew from Solano did a great job hosting everyone and running a great event. Karen is a terribly uncomfortable experience and people pushed themselves to epic levels. Women's Rx standard was a 14# ball 10ft high for 150 reps! Amazing to see such efforts. The community really came through raising about $2600 for the wife and 2 daughters of Matt Bishop with a bit more expected to trickle in over the next few days.
