I was emailed a link to this video yesterday.  Pretty cool, thought I would share, but you all probably saw it on FB already eh?

It's important to realize that CF is really the best medicine for all people.  All ages, shapes, and abilities can benefit from the recepie of constantly varied functional movement at high intensity.  Universal scalability is the key.  Intensity is relative to each individual, but the thought that CF is only for crazy young healthy firebreathers is pure ignorance.  The thought that one can be too old, too injured, or too out of shape is nothing more than a cop-out.  Any fitness program that an individual will adhere to is good, but if that same person could suck it up and apply their efforts towards a program like CF, they are going to see more results and reap more rewards.
