3 Overhead Squats
3 Rounds:
3 DB Press
3 DB Push Press
3 DB Split Jerk
8 DB Deadlift Burpee
Rest 1 Minute, and repeat for 3 total cycles, or 9 total rounds.
The coaches from the Sac State Women's Gymnastic team stopped by the gym yesterday to check it out and let us know they are having a meet tomorrow night against UCDavis.
