Loren and Erika crushed the 30# DB Cleans in yesterday's WOD.  Here at CrossFit we encourage our women to achieve a strong, muscular, able bodies.  Throwing around 30# dumbells like this takes great muscular strength and superior cardio-respiratory fitness.  This is fitness people!  Get strong, look strong, and embrace your ability to kick ass.
