Rest Day crossfit sacramento
These three belong to Greg Hayes. Julia (6), Lillian (6), and Marianne (8) stopped by to see dad's gym and we decided to put them through a little sample of what we do here. They raced to see who could row 200m and do 20 burpees the fastest. Pretty funny how all their shoes got stuck in the rowers. I am pretty sure they didn't do 20 burpees, but it was entertaining none the less. See the video below.
