I happened to drop by the gym yesterday as the Sunday gang was taking turns doing the Open WOD. It was exciting to watch Sarah get 20 reps into the overhead squats on a weight that was her previous 1 rep max. She is shown here on the way up from her last overhead squat yesterday. The best part about watching Sarah do these workouts is seeing how efficiently she moves. Always sets up correctly and stays tight, opens the hips, locks out the bar perfectly while feet land in an ideal squat position, active shoulders, knees out, weight on heels. If you can remember to do all that, you just might have a chance at competing with this young stud.
